What domestic experience does WDL have?
Our team consists of a variety of experts including master builders, qualified plumbers and electricians who specialise in all forms of domestic refurbishments and property maintenance.
What commercial experience does WDL have?
We have over 40 years experience in the commercial and domestic industry have completed projects such as shop fitting and general property maintenance. Our most common job is with the Care industry and although we provide the North East with round the clock maintenance; we specialise in refurbishments of bathrooms and kitchens, modifying properties to suit the tenants and installation of wet rooms.
How do I arrange for a quotation?
Call our office on either 0191 340 9925 or 0191 340 2208 to arrange for one of our team to visit your property.
Visits are usually carried out between 8am and 6pm Monday - Friday and at weekends.
You will then receive a written quote within about 7 working days.
Are you insured to carry out work on my premises?
Yes, we have full public liability insurance up to £5,000,000 to cover us for all works undertaken and employers liability insurance covering us for up to £10,000.000.
Can I get references for completed loft conversions, extensions or refurbishment?
Of course! Once we have done the initial estimate we will also provide ample references should you request it.
Do you handle plumbing and electrical works?
Yes we handle everything with our own teams of experienced tradesmen who are fully Gas Safe and NIC EIC qualified.
How do I pay for my projects?
For projects of £1,000 and up staged payments to be arranged either on a weekly or monthly basis.
